Training for HR Professionals
Welcome to our courses for HR professionals! These courses are designed specifically to enhance the skills for those who already have a working knowledge of HR and employment law with a focus on neurodiversity.
These sessions are expertly delivered by our founder, Jenefer, who brings a unique blend of professional qualifications and lived experience to the table. With Chartered Membership of the CIPD and 20 years HR experience, Jenefer is now studying for a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Neurodiversity, which means bringing the latest knowledge and best practices in the field. Additionally, Jenefer has the personal lived experience of Dyslexia and ADHD as well as being a parent to a wonderfully neurodivergent child.
Jenefer’s professional and lived experience means her passion shines through with engaging storytelling and practical insights that make learning both enjoyable and impactful. As HR professional’s we know you’ll have your own stories to tell, Jenefer encourages you to discuss these real life experiences in the sessions, helping to ensure each session is relatable to your current every day.

Many clients are looking for a programme that will develop the skills of their Management Teams in line with their organisation culture. The exact skills and knowledge covered will depend on the current skills of the team and the requirements of your business.
Programmes range between one and four days. When delivered over a number of days this is usually with two or three weeks between each session to allow managers to practice skills learnt before building on them in the next session. We can also incorporate individual coaching sessions with a management development programme.
