HR Support for Small Business
Imagine spending less time resolving people issues and keeping up with employment law. Imagine spending that time doing what you do best.
Our CIPD qualified advisors will ensure you're following the correct procedures and steer you in the right direction. Working in partnership with your business, we get to know you so that our advice is always tailored to your business needs. You'll get practical advice that you can easily implement and we'll hold your hand throughout.
We’ll discuss your situation and the outcome you are wanting to achieve before advising of your options. We guide you throughout the process, so you have the confidence you know exactly what steps you're taking. If letters are needed, we’ll do those too.
Our passion is finding solutions that meet the needs of your business, consider the people involved and comply with employment law.
Getting your HR, employment law and people management right will reduce your risk of an employment tribunal claim. More than that, it will reduce employee turnover, reduce absence and improve performance, saving you time and money.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I try before buying?
Yes, we want you to be comfortable working with us. You can try our advice for free by booking a free advice call.
I want to sign up, now what?
Simply give us a call on 01245 910 500 or book a Free Consultation . All we need is the Company name, address and number of employees and we can get you started.
For our 12 month packages, we’ll need an advice agreement signed by you plus a direct debit mandate, don’t worry it’s really simple and all done online.
Once you’re set up we’ll ask you to provide details of callers who have your authority to take advice from us on behalf of the business. If you have our HR Advice Plus package we’ll also book in a call to explore what is needed for your HR documentation.
Will I be speaking to a call centre?
No, you will have a dedicated consultant who knows you and your business. Whilst we accept this means we don’t have advisors simply waiting to answer your calls, it does mean you’ll get the right answer for your business without having to keep repeating yourself.
We offer a number of ways for you to contact your consultant, including phone, email, Whatsapp and you can book a call time to suit you.
How long am I tied in for?
If you want the freedom to call us as often as you need with no limits, then our advice or advice plus packages are best for you. With these packages you are committed to 12 months.
With no tie in, you can use our PAYG HR advice service whenever you need it, simple click “Book a call now” to book and pay for calls as and when you need it.
How do I cancel?
Unlike other HR providers we don’t automatically renew your agreement, we don’t want you to feel forced or tricked into any service with us. When you sign up to a 12 month commitment, that is what you’re signing up for. Towards the end of the period we’ll get in touch and ask if you want to continue. If you don’t agree to continue your service will finish at the end of the 12 month period. It’s that simple.
How is the monthly payment made?
With our HR Advice, HR Advice plus and PAYG HR Manager services we do require payment by direct debit. With the exception of the first month, monthly payments are due on the first day of each month.
What if my business grows during the year?
With the HR Advice and HR Advice plus services the monthly fee is set by the number of employees at the beginning of the 12 month period. The fee will not change during that period.
If you choose to renew for a further 12 months, the new 12 month period pricing will be based on the number of employees at the start of that period.
I just have a one-off query or project, can you help?
Yes, if it’s just a piece of advice you can book a call with a qualified advisor as and when you need. For support with a more complex issue or project support call us on 01245 910 500 for a quote.
Can we just get an Employee Handbook or Contract?
Yes, more details on our document packages can be found here.
Do you advise our employees?
No, we will only advise the business and therefore will only speak to those you have given us the authority to speak to. It is important that you provide us with a list of authorised callers, in most cases these will be those in line management positions.
We are not able to provide advice or support to individuals.
